You may run into a situtation where you've updated your site's meta tags, but the share preview of your post is showing out of date/incorrect information, you may need to reset the cached images/data for your profile on the social networks.
Most social networks will 'cache' data about about your posts when they are shared to the platform.
Facebook / Instagram
Enter your profile URL and click "Debug"
This will give you a snapshot of exactly what Facebook / Instagram sees for your URL.
To force Facebook to recrawl your page, select the "Scrape Again" button.
Facebook will then update your information, which you'll be able to see.
You can now share you profile again
LinkedIn keeps the cached data from a shared post for 7 days from the first time the link is shared. You can use the LinkedIn Post Inspector tool to reset this cache.
Enter your url and click on Inspect. You will see the updated preview image.
Now try sharing again
Enter your url and click on Validate. You will see the updated preview image.
Now try sharing it again
Enter your url and click on Preview Card. You will see the updated preview image.
Now try sharing again
