For a variety of reasons, we could have trouble delivering necessary account-related emails to your provided email address. Below are some possible resolutions.

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Wait 1-2 minutes after the email is sent. There could be a delay in it arriving in your inbox.

  • Double-check check you've entered the correct email address.

  • Check if you have rules in your inbox that prevent outside emails from being received. This is more common in corporate environments.

  • Add to the safe senders list.
