Personal Plan
When logged in, click on Change Plan in the navigation under your account in the bottom left corner.
If you're on mobile, you'll have to open the menu first using the hamburger icon. Once that is open select Account. On the account page, you can select the Change plan link.
Upgrading your plan
Open the Change Plan page
Select Modify Subscription
Select the plan you'd like to change to
Scroll down and select Modify Subscription
Downgrading your plan
After you're on the Change Plan page, select the Cancel Subscription button.
Organization Plan
When logged in, click on Organizations in the navigation under your account in the bottom left corner.
Upgrading your plan
Open your organization on the Organizations page
Select Change Plan from the navigation on the left
Select Modify Subscription
Select the plan you'd like to change to
Scroll down and select Modify Subscription
Downgrading your plan
After you're on the Change Plan page, select the Cancel Subscription button.
