About outside collaborators

An outside collaborator is a special type of organization member that only gets access to one or more of your organization's profiles. They do no get access to the members or details of your organization. You can choose the level of access to grant for each outside collaborator.

You must have an open member seat in your subscription to add an outside collaborator to your organization.

Inviting an outside collaborator to join your organization

  1. Select your account in the bottom right corner, then click Organizations.

  2. Click the name of your organization.

  3. Under your organization, select People.

  4. Select Outside collaborators from the left menu.

  5. Click Add Collaborator.

  6. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite.

  7. Click Invite.

  8. The invited person will receive an email inviting them to join the organization. They will need to accept the invitiation before becoming an outside collaborator of the organization. You can cancel the invitiation at any time before the user accepts.

Adding outside collaborators to a profile

You can give outside collaborators access to a profile on the Collaborators tab of your profile. Learn more about adding a profile collaborator here.
